About us

We are, as our name suggests all about “Simply Sports”, we love sports and love our customers who share in our passion, whether it is those beginning, returning or excelling at their sport. Whether, it is those just wishing to keep fit or those that enjoy the social life that sport can bring.

We love Sport

Across our 4 Intersport stores in Oxted, Reigate, Tonbridge and Tunbridge Wells we have staff who immerse themselves in the products they sell. They spend hours learning about the latest developments, both technological and in design. What’s more they get the chance of trying out many of the products.

Our managing director Adrian Pointer has over 30 years of experience in the Sports industry starting as a Saturday employee in South London. He travels many miles searching for new suppliers with the latest products. He never stands still and neither do any of us at Simply Sports/Intersport.

Of all the sports we cater for running is our passion, our gait analysis system (Currex) is one of the most advanced systems in the world. Our selection of running shoes is both comprehensive and leading in technology and design. So when you need your next pair of running shoes, whether you are just starting out or a more experienced runner please call in to one of our branches.

We are here to help.

Sport is for all, able bodied and disabled, it is for the novice and the expert, regardless of social, political and all other characterisations sport is open for participation and enjoyment. As Baron Pierre de Coubertin, founder of the modern Olympic Movement said;

“The most important thing in the Olympic Games is not to win, but to take part, just as the most important thing in life is not the triumph but the struggle. The essential thing is not to have conquered, but to have fought well.”

From all of us at Simply Sports we wish you absolute enjoyment in your sport and exercise, we hope that we can help you achieve this.
